Veterans Picnic 2023
On Saturday, August 12, 2023, the Assembly hosted a picnic for the residents of Veterans Haven North, 200 Sanitarium Drive, Glen Gardner, New Jersey.
We fed nearly 45 veterans with 72 hamburgers, 48 hot dogs, 10 pounds of pork & beans, 6 pounds of cole slaw, and 4 pounds of potato salad. Drink choices were soda, ice tea, water, and gatorade.
The event was organized by Faith Navigator Bill Smith.
